Silver Economy Forum in Rome with Sustainable Ageing

The Silver Economy Forum, co-organized by Earth Day Italia 2024, will be present in Rome on April 19 with "Sustainable Ageing"

The Silver Economy Forum, the first event in Italy focused on the elderly, born in 2019 in Genoa thanks to the initiative of Ameri Communications and with the support of the Municipality of Genoa and the Liguria Region, will present its national event on the occasion of the United Nations World Earth Day on Friday, April 19 at the Casa del Cinema in Rome, with a session dedicated to sustainability and longevity.

During the event, organized in collaboration with Earth Day Italia, which will take place at Villa Borghese, the Village for the Earth will be set up, an event that involves about 300,000 people every year through a series of events, including "Impatta Disrupt", the Innovability Festival that encourages global innovators to work together for a sustainable future. Within this context, on April 19 at the Casa del Cinema in Villa Borghese, a special session of the Silver Economy Forum entitled "Sustainable Ageing" will be held, focusing on topics such as quality of life, health and prevention, sports and longevity, inclusion, and sustainability.

Daniela Ameri, president of the Silver Economy Forum, Associazione Genova Smart City, and Ameri Communications, emphasized the pride in bringing to Rome, on the occasion of Earth Day, the event that has established itself as the main exhibition in the sector in Italy, starting from Genoa, a city that has anticipated the demographic dynamics with which Italy and Europe must confront today, representing one of the most significant challenges of contemporary society.

Prominent figures will participate in the event, including swimming champion Novella Calligaris, President of the National Association of Olympic Athletes and Azzurri d’Italia, and industry experts such as Alessandro Bonsignore, President of the Order of Physicians and Dentists of Liguria Region; Monica Calcagni, Medical Surgeon Specialist in Gynecology and Obstetrics; Beatrice Curci, journalist, scientific disseminator, and Ambassador of the Associazione Donne 4.0; Maria Rosaria Squeo, Health Manager of the Olympic Area of the Institute of Medicine and Sport of CONI; Carlo Tranquilli, Scientific Director SRdS of CONI; and Deborah Tognozzi, biologist and nutritionist of the IRCCS San Raffaele Group Roma.
