Save the Date - Genova Smart Week | November 21-26, 2022

The eighth edition of the event dedicated to smart cities promoted by the Municipality of Genoa and the Genoa Smart City Association is underway

The eighth edition of the Genoa Smart Week is underway, to be held from 21 to 26 November and which will address the important issues of the smart city, innovation, technology and sustainability. This year's appointment, entitled "The City and the World", aims to share models, ideas and projects with citizens and create a network between cities, businesses and the world of research. The conferences will be held from Monday to Thursday at the Palazzo Tursi Representative Hall and on Friday at Palazzo della Meridiana. In more detail, the topics addressed will be: the city as a hub of the global network; the Public Administration digital; monitoring and control; environment, energy, sea, circularity; urban and building regeneration; mobility. In the first three days in the late afternoon-evening time, three informative meetings will be held on highly topical issues such as "Climate change, expensive bills and energy and innovation & start-ups" open to citizens. The meetings will be held in order at the Commenda di Prè, the Aula Magna of the University of Genoa and the Archaeological Area of ​​the Luzzati Gardens.

Within the event there are also 2 EIC days, on Monday 21 and Friday 25 November, in which the Genoese, by booking online, will be able to obtain the electronic identity card. On Wednesday and Thursday, the MOVE APP.EXPO conferences dedicated to technological innovation and public transport will be held in parallel at different locations. Collateral events will take place in the Genoese squares: Smart City Exhibition, Smart Mobility Experience, Test Drive.
